What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care for critically ill and premature neonates in a 92-bed Level IV NICU
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists
• Support regional neonatal referral services for coastal Georgia
• Participate in family-centered neonatal care initiatives
• Assist in patient management, clinical decision-making, and documentation
• Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship within a collaborative environment
• Contribute to clinical excellence and quality improvement initiatives

What You Need

• Active Georgia Nurse Practitioner license and Neonatal Care certification (preferred) or eligibility
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented setting
• Mentorship and training support available for new graduates
