Requirements:

• Master's Degree (minimum) and/or Doctorate in Nursing - [REQUIRED]
  
• NNP - Board Certified - [REQUIRED] (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications)
  
• FL License (or willing to obtain) - [REQUIRED]
  
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - [REQUIRED] * no exemption, required at presentation
  
• Current 2+ years of employment experience as NNP (not including RN experience) - [REQUIRED]
  
• DEA (must be obtained prior to start) - [REQUIRED] * no exemptions
  
• Must have a minimum of a Master's Degree in Nursing and/or DNP; Current 2+ years' experience as NNP (not including RN)
  
• Board Certified
